Build the circuit that converts a binary number represented as an IEEE754-32bits value  into a decimal number.

Each studiant must submite a repport. The report must contain 

1. The function definition 
2. The truth table 
3. The canonical forms 
4. The simplification by the karnaugh map
5. The logigram : Simulated with MultimediaLogic software.
