    The course consists of six major lectures. They include ; language teaching materials, authentic materials, the textbook, coursebook design, textbook evaluation, and textbook adaptation.

    Objectives

    Students are expected to think critically about textbooks. They are expected to be able to evaluate textbooks and adopt instructional materials to the needs of students with different levels and backgrounds.
