The target audience
This
course is intended for first-year Bachelor's students in
Economics, Business and Management Sciences at the University of Larbi Ben
M'hidi, Oum El Bouaghi.

The students need to have:

knowledge about the different fields of administrative sciences and economic
sciences

Knowledge
of using the computer and how learn the different types of files
Pedagogical objectives of the course
After studying this material, the students will be
able to:

Recognize
the nature of business organizations as a type of organization;

Identify
the concept of management‘ business management and also distinguish between
similar concepts;
·
Form
a comprehensive vision about the functions of the manager;
·
Form
a balance in the student about the various administrative skills;
·
Distinguish
between schools of administrative thought;
·
Determine
the functions of the institution The functions of the manager as one of the
functions of the institution.
Evaluation method
A continuous assessment includes applied and directed work, individual and group; in addition to achievement assessment through the end-of-semester exam in its regular and remedial sessions.
