communication systems is a very basic course on telecommunication and network systems, this course is intended for third year bachelor of automatic. this course will present fundamental knowledge on different types of computer network, such as LAN (Local Area Network), MAN (Metropolitan Area Network) and WAN ( Wide Area Network). This course presents also the most basic principles of telecommunication protocols and digital modulation, for instance ASK, PSK and QAM, different codes used for telephone are also given, especial NRZ and Miller code. The course presents also the principle modem emission and transmission, time and length of message required between two stations.
