Pedagogic Objectives:
The general objective of this module is:
- To introduce students to the process of developing distributed software,
- To present all stages of development, including requirements analysis (specification), design, production, validation and verification .
- To provide an understanding of the impact of using middleware in distributed systems engineering.
- To cover project management concepts in computer science by introducing techniques for planning activities and tasks of a project, as well as methods for estimating costs.
