This course is designed to provide the first-year undergraduate students with an overview of the foundational content within the areas of sport and exercise science in academic English.
Course description :
The first semester of the course consists of an introduction of basic terminology in sport and exercise sciences which will give the student a thorough introductory grounding, covering aspects of physiology, psychology, anatomy, biomechanics…etc.In the second semester, the student will further explore Sports terminology refers to the important words used in the field of sports. There is different terminology for various sports such as football, volleyball, judo, basketball…etc.
Prerequisites :
At least a pre-intermediate level of English is required.
